Application for a variation of a Premises Licence.

To whom it may concern, take note that I Allan Lovelock give notice that I have applied to South Oxfordshire District Council for a Club premises variation of a Premises licence for The Marlborough Club, 227 Broadway, Didcot, Oxon OX11 8RU.

In respect of That on occasions the club would remain open on a Friday evening until 01:00hrs for the sale of intoxicating liquor also that on a Monday through to Thursday an extension has been applied for to remain open until 01:00hrs should the need arise, this would be a very rare occurrence. No other amendments other than these are being considered and all previous times are in operation.

Anyone wishing to object to these variations should give notice in writing to The Licensing Officer, South Oxfordshire District Council, Benson Lane, Crowmarsh Gifford, Wallingford, Oxon. OX10 8NL before 26th July 2014 and where a copy of the application can be inspected between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and a person convicted of such an offence will be liable to a fine up to £5000 based on a summary conviction.
