ST CLEMENT'S CAR PARK - REDUCTION IN USE/AVAILABLE PARKING BAYS
MARSTON ROAD CAR PARK - TEMPORARY REPLACEMENT CAR PARK

1. The Oxford City Council ('the Council'), with the consent of the Oxfordshire County Council, proposes to make a Parking Place Revocation Order, the title of which appears below.

2. The effect of this Order is to revoke The City of Oxford (Off Street Parking Places) (Variation No. 1) Order 2013 ('the 2013 Order) which came into force on 21st February 2013.

3. The 2013 Order varied The City of Oxford (Off Street Parking Places) Order 2011 in so far as St Clement's car park is concerned and created a temporary car park on the Marston Road.

4. The full details of the proposal may be seen in a draft Order which is available for inspection at the Oxford Town Hall, St Aldate's Street, Oxford, OX1 1BX, between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday. A copy of the Council's Statement of Reasons and of this notice may also be examined at the location mentioned above. The documents will be available on the display stand to the right of the main entrance to the Town Hall.

5. If you wish to object to the proposal you should send the grounds for your objection in writing to me at the address given below by 14th July 2014.

6. The Council also intends, not less than 21 days from the date of this notice, to vary the charges at St Clement's car park. These charges will apply from the date that the revocation order (referred to below) comes into force.
