LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE OR CLUB
PREMISES CERTIFICATE

NOTICE is hereby given that, MARK WATES Applied to West Oxfordshire District Council on 23^rd October 2013 To use premises at NORTON CAFE WINE BAR, 12 LANGDALE COURT, WITNEY, OXFORDSHIRE OX28 6FG

To Vary the condition for no entry/re-entry onto the premises after 00:30 hours to provide for deletion of the condition or to provide for no entry/re-entry onto the premises after 02:00 hours and to vary the condition for 2 door supervisors on Thursday night when the premises is open for any licensable activity. All other provisions and conditions relating to the Licence to remain the same as existing.

Any person wishing to object to this application must give notice in writing stating the nature of objection by 22^nd November 2013
