Application for a Sex Establishment License under the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act,1982, Part II, Schedule 3

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That I Timothy Hemming of SIMPLY PLEASURE LTD, APPLIED ON 24th October 2013 to Oxford City Council in respect of the premises known as Simply Pleasure.com, for a license to use the premises as a 'Sex Shop'.

That I Timothy Hemming of SIMPLY PLEASURE LTD, APPLIED ON 24th October 2013 to Oxford City Council in respect of the premises known as Simply Pleasure.com, for a license to use the premises as a 'Sex Shop'.
ANY PERSON wishing to oppose the application should write to the Head of Environmental Development, Oxford City Council, 3rd Floor St Aldateds Chambers, 109 St Aldates, Oxford OX1 1DS, by no later than 21st November 2013.

Letters in Support should also be sent to the Head of Environmental Development by that date. Please note that any written representations received in response to this consultation are likely to be required to be made available for public inspection in accordance with the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985._
