LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Welcome Break Group Limited has given to South Oxfordshire District Council an application for the grant of a Premises Licence for Days Inn Hotel, Welcome Break Service Area, M40 Motorway, Junction 8a, Thame Road, Waterstock, Oxford, OX33 1LJ. The licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on at the premises are the sale by retail of alcohol, the provision of regulated entertainment and late night refreshment. The Licensing Register of South Oxfordshire District Council is held at Benson Lane, Crowmarsh Gifford, Wallingford, Oxon, OX10 8NL and, where applicable, at www.southoxon.gov.uk.

The record of the application may be inspected during normal office hours at the Council's above address and, where applicable, at any time on the above website. Representations which shall be made in writing may be made by a responsible authority or any other person to South Oxfordshire District Council to be received at their above address by no later than 11 November 2013.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application; the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction being £5,000.
