Licensing Act 2003 - Application to Vale of White Horse District Council for a new Premises Licence
To whom it may concern, take note that I, Christian Vision for Men give notice that I have applied to Vale of White Horse District Council for a Premises Licence in respect of Church Farm, Shellingford, Faringdon, SN7 7QA (land adjacent to the B4508 and A417) and that I have applied for conditions of the licence in respect of a proposal for the supply of alcohol, the provision of regulated entertainment and late night refreshment.
Any objection to this application must be made in writing to The Licensing Officer, White Horse District Council, Licensing Unit, Abbey House, Abingdon, Oxon, OX14 3JE before 23 October 2013 and where a copy of the application can be inspected between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and a person convicted of such an offence will be liable to a fine up to £5000 based on a summary conviction.
