Notice of Application for a Premises Licence

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for a premises licence which is punishable by a maximum fine up to level 5 on the standard scale.

Take notice that an application for a premises licence has been made by The Pie Emporium Limited for a Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 for premises situate at ground floor and basement of 14-15 Golden Cross Walk, Cornmarket Street, Oxford OX1 3EU

Whose relevant licensing activities are

1. The Supply of high quality food between the hours of 7.00 a.m. and 23.00 p.m with accompanying background music.

2. The supply of alcohol between the hours of 10.00 a.m and 23.00 p.m (Sundays 10.30 a.m to 23.00 p.m)

To the following licensing authority, Oxford City Council, Oxford Town Hall, 109-113 St Aldate's, Oxford, OX11DS

Where the record of the application may be inspected. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations about this application in writing to the relevant licensing authority by 4th September 2013
