The Applicant’s name is Vincent’s Club. The postal address of the premises is 1A King Edward Street, Oxford, OX1 4HS.

The relevant qualifying club activities are 1) the supply of alcohol by or on behalf of the club to, or to the order of, a member of the club, 2) the sale by retail of alcohol by or on behalf of the club to a guest of a member of the club for consumption on the premises where the sale takes place.

The Applicant applied to the Licensing Authority on 22nd May 2013 to vary the club premises certificate to allow:

1) general internal refurbishment of the premises
2) a passenger lift from ground to third floor
3) the function of the rooms remaining substantially the same as now
4) however, the seating capacity in the dining room, increasing from 38 to 60,
5), in so far as they may amount to new licensable activities
(a) the consumption of alcoholic drink within the new seminar or meeting room and
(b) exhibition of film on the 2 Sky television screens within the bar and lounge bar.

If you wish to object to this application, you may make representations which must be made in writing to the relevant licensing authority.
