The Planning Acts require the District Council to give notice that it has received the following applications:

P13/V0446/O * Erection of up to 22 dwellings with associated car parking and landscaping following demolition of existing buildings. Land West of Faringdon Road, CumnorOX2 9RE.

* Not in accordance with the Development Plan.

You should send representations in writing by 18th April 2013. These will be available to the public to view and copy.

The Council will notify you of any decision taken if you forward a stamped addressed envelope.
