Notice under Section 27, Trustees Act 1925

Mrs Catherine Collins, late of Oaken Holt Nursing Home, Eynsham Road, Farmoor, Oxford OX2 9NL died on 29/10/2012. Pursuant to Section 27 Trustee Act 1925, if you have a claim against the Estate or an interest in it you must write to us with particulars before 31/05/2013.

Unless you do so the Estate will be distributed without regard to your claim or interest.
