Cherwell District Council - Application for a Premises Licence

Application has today been made to the council for the above licence by: Martin Mccoll Limited, Martins, 56 Orchard Way, Banbury, Oxfordshire, OX16 0EN.

For The Sale of Alcohol off the Premises during the following hours: 06.00 to 23.00 Monday to Sunday.

Any representations must be submitted in writing to Licensing Department, Cherwell District Council, Bodicote House, Banbury, Oxfordshire, OX154AA. Website: www.cherwell.gov.uk within 28 days of this notice.

Any person wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal working hours.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a level 5 fine on the standard scale.
