LOCAL GOVERNMENT (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) ACT 1976 FEES FOR HACKNEY CARRIAGE/ PRIVATE HIRE LICENCES

Notice is hereby given that the West Oxfordshire District Council proposes to fix fees in accordance with the table set out below. These fees will come into force on 1 April 2013.

Grant of Vehicle Licence £271.95

Vehicle Transfer £168.05

Grant of Driver's Licence £70.05 Private Hire Operator's Licence

(up to 2 vehicles) £67.20

Lost/Damaged Plate £31.80

Lost/Damaged Badge £7.80

Lost/Damaged door sticker £7.80

Criminal Records Bureau check at cost

DVLA check at cost

Any persons wishing to object to the proposed fees may do so in writing to the undersigned no later than 28 days after the date of publication of this newspaper.
