Application to Vary a Premises Licence - Gee's Restaurant, Oxford

It isan offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application to vary a premises licence which is punishable by a maximum fine up to level 5 on the standard scale. Take notice that an application has been made by Mogford Limited of 36 St Giles, Oxford OX1 3LD in relation to premises known as Gee's Restaurant of 61a Banbury Road, Oxford OX2 6PE

Whose relevant licensable activities are the provision of food and alcohol to vary the premises licence by

1. Extending the bar area by approximately 3 metres by demolishing an interior wall.

2. Extending the licensed hours on Sundays, Good Friday and Christmas Day to 10.00 a.m to 23.30 p.m to the following licensing authority Oxford City Council, St Aldates Chambers, Oxford OX1 1BS where the record of the application may be inspected.

Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations about this application in writing to the relevant licensing authority by 25th February 2013.
