Simon Paul Baker (Deceased)

Pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustees Act 1925 any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of the aforementioned deceased, late of 51 Britwell Road, Watlington, Oxfordshire, OX49 5JT, who died on 28th January 2015, are required to send particulars of their Claim of Interest to Mr M Ford, 391 The Hollow, East Chinnock, Somerset, BA22 9DN on, or before, 7th October 2015 after which date the personal representative will distribute the estate among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which he has had notice and will not, as respects the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim he shall not then have had notice.
