OXFORD City Stars have completed their roster with the addition of a goaltender to rival Petr Cech.
Chelsea legend Cech signed for Stars last month, with new signing Joe Dollin set to rival him and Ross Miller in the netminding department.
Shane Moore, head of hockey operations at the Stars, is pleased with the three goaltenders the side has at its disposal.

He told the club website: “Joe’s impressive credentials and experience as a netminder make him a valuable addition to our roster.
“We are confident that his presence will provide invaluable support and competition within our goaltending unit.
“I’ve known Joe for more years than I care to remember, having played some junior hockey with him, and playing together for GB at junior levels.
“He’s not only a naturally gifted goalie, but a fantastic guy that will complement our dressing room, and help challenge and push our goaltending units.
“Last time he played this level, he posted an impressive 94 per cent save average, so I have no doubt he will have something to prove entering the line-up this season.”
In the past week, the Stars have also added forwards Theo Bundock and Josh Oliver.
Bundock netted nine goals in 18 games for Stars last season.
Head coach Simon Anderson said: “I’m looking for Theo to take a big step this year.
“Last year he started with the development team and played really consistently, and deservedly earned his full-time call-up to the Stars in mid-season.
“Theo scored nine goals in that time with us and I thought he did really well when given the opportunity.
“I really like his game, he has good puck skills, skates well and has a real nice quick release and a scoring knack. At times he has the ability to score for fun.”

On the re-signing of Oliver, Anderson said: “We are extremely excited to welcome Josh Oliver back to the Oxford City Stars family.
“Josh is a homegrown talent who has made a significant impact to the club over many years. His return is a testament to his commitment to the sport and his dedication to representing our local community.
“He is a strong two-way centreman and will complement our new signings, and also give us that stability we need with local players.
“His smart play, scoring ability and leadership qualities will contribute to the team’s journey this coming season and has established him as a fan favourite.”
Oliver added: “Playing for my hometown team is an absolute honour and I am eager to build this team back up to contribute to the team’s success once again.
“I look forward to giving my all for the fans and representing the city of Oxford with pride.”
