OXFORDSHIRE face a Cumbria side this weekend aiming to make it three consecutive NCCA Trophy finals.
Oxon lost by nine wickets to Berkshire in the NCCA Championship last time out, with attention now turning to the last-four clash on Sunday.
The tie will take place at Great & Little Tew CC, the first time Oxon have taken a county match there in five years.
Oxon are the only one of the semi-finalists yet to win the Trophy, while Cumbria have been beaten by Berkshire in the last two finals.
Defending champions Berkshire take on Dorset at Finchampstead.
