An Oxford care home has recently celebrated one of their volunteers turning 88.
Oxford Beaumont Care Community threw a heartwarming birthday bash for much-loved volunteer, Judith, who is a big part of the team.
For two years, Judith has been a staple at the home, visiting residents to chat to them, and also hosting a regular French class.
She first came to Beaumont when her husband was a resident in his last few months.
Touched by the care her husband received, she continued volunteering after he passed away.
The celebration saw the staff, fellow residents, and family gather to sing happy birthday, presenting Judith with a cake, flowers, and gifts.
An emotional Judith appreciated the thoughtfulness and had a wonderful day.
