A DRIVER has avoided disqualification about being found speeding in Lincolnshire.
Joshua Flather, of Hampden Drive, Kidlington, was caught on October 13 last year speeding in North Hykeham.
The 29-year-old was caught on an automatic speed camera driving 36mph in a 30mph speed limit zone on the Lincoln Road.

At Lincoln Magistrates’ Court on May 7, the driver pleaded guilty after being charged under the Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988.
He was fined £72 and had three penalty points added to his licence. There was no disqualification order.
Flather was also ordered to pay a £28 victim surcharge but there were no orders for court costs.
The total amount the driver will need to pay by the start of June is £100.
