A DRIVER has been ordered to pay over £1,000 after failing to give information about his identity to police.
Kyle McKie, of Headley Way, Oxford, was stopped by police on January 9 this year in Nettleham.
The 37-year-old was suspected of speeding and was asked for information about his identity but did not provide the details.

He was charged under the Road Traffic Act 1988 and appeared at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court on May 7 where he was found guilty.
Mckie was fined £600 and had six penalty points added to his driving record. He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £264 and court costs of £110.
The total amount he needs to pay is £1,034. The speeding offence was withdrawn.
