DARRELL Bellinger and Diane Moore sealed the men’s and ladies’ titles after victories in round four of the Mota-Vation Series at Combe.

Bellinger (Oxford City) collected his second win in four races to regain the senior and overall men’s crowns he won in 2012.

Moore (Headington Road Runners) has been totally dominant in the ladies’ standings, with her fourth win from four securing her maiden overall and vet 35 titles.

Bellinger took an ultimately comfortable victory over the undulating two-lap 4.2-mile course, recording a time of 22mins 2secs.

James Bolton (Woodstock Harriers) was second in 22.30 – a performance that saw him retain the vet 40 men’s title with a round to go.

Paul Fernandez (Abingdon) was a further 15 seconds behind, having powered clear of Aaron Burgess (Oxford City) on the second lap.

Moore, who has won every race she has entered in 2014, finished an impressive 18th overall in 24.23.

Sophie Carter, from Woodstock, was second lady home, the Belgrave Harriers athlete clocking 24.51.

Sarah Rendell (27.13) was third, ahead of Alchester clubmate Samantha Usher (27.44).

Headington’s Anita James (32.53) sealed the vet 45 title after her fourth-placed category finish meant she can no longer be overhauled.

Gwyneth Hueter (Oxford City) ret-ained the vet 55 title after coming second on the night in 32.51.
