ICE hockey fans will get the chance to meet Oxford City Stars’ high-profile summer recruit Petr Cech this weekend.
The former Chelsea goalkeeper won every club honour possible with the Blues, before retiring from football while with Arsenal in 2019.
In June, he joined the Stars, who became his third ice hockey side after quitting football.
Cech’s new team is to hold its annual barbecue this weekend, allowing supporters the chance to meet the players.
The event will be held on Saturday at Littlemore Rugby Club, starting at 7pm.
Tickets are priced at £8 for adults and £5 for children aged under 12.
The barbecue was initially due to be held at Wootton and Boars Hill Cricket Club, however the venue has since been changed to Littlemore Rugby Club.
