Adderbury Park celebrate winning the Oxfordshire Charity Cup
ADDERBURY Park upset the odds to beat Oxford University Press 2-1 and win the Oxfordshire Charity Cup for the first time.
OUP’s Sean Hurcombe finished off a flowing move to open the scoring at Marsh Lane.
But Park levelled from the penalty spot after Neil Skidmore was fouled in the area. Josh Reilly stepped up to score.
Clear-cut chances were at a premium in the second half, but as extra time loomed, Gavin Connor drove into the box and beat the keeper at his near post.
