THE case against a bank clerk accused of playing a part in a £2m fraud has now been dismissed.
In November 2013 Tai Hulbert-Thomas, from Cutteslowe, North Oxford, was accused of plotting bogus transfers using stolen log-in details while working at the Lloyds Banking Group.
The case against Mr Hulbert-Thomas, 27 of Carlton Road, has been dismissed, and the case against his co-accused, Neil Bautista, 22, of Maidenhead, Surrey, Joe Mariathas, 22, of East Ham, London, and Mawli Thurairajah, 30, of Harrow, has also been dismissed.
A spokesman for the Old Bailey said: "The prosecution offered no evidence and the case was dismissed."
