A FEW days ago I read a story in the Oxford Mail concerning Chris Carey who runs his business from Kidlington under the name ‘Isis Electrical’.
It seems some people think he should change the name of his company, but I ask why should he even think of doing so?
He has run his business for years, most likely before [the militant group] ISIS went under this name, so all I can say to Mr Carey is carry on with your good work!
On the same day there was a letter from councillor John Tanner saying all Labour leadership hopefuls could beat the Prime Minister, but now we get to him finishing his letter with “John Tanner, Labour city councillor for Littlemore and county councillor for Isis”.
So, how come we haven’t heard anything said about this?
Would the council change the name of that place?
