OXFORD High School has begun working with primary schools in the county to provide FA coaching sessions and girls football fixtures.
The initiative is part of the school's programme of outreach training and attempts to get more girls into football.
The programme has been supported by the Oxfordshire FA, Oxford United, Summertown Stars and recruitment company Reed.
Students at Oxford High will be involved by working with staff at the primary schools to develop coaching skills.
