A body has been found in the water at an Oxford park.
At around 7.45pm on Wednesday evening Thames Valley Police received reports of a body in the water at Longbridges Nature Park.
Officers, with support from Oxfordshire Search and Rescue, recovered a man’s body from this water.

A man, who Thames Valley Police said today is aged in 70s, was located in the water by members of the public and was recovered a short time later.
The force says that the man’s death is being treated as unexplained but not suspicious and a file will be prepared for the coroner.
The man’s next of kin have been informed and they are being offered support by officers.
Detective Inspector Krista Thompson of Oxford CID said: “Sadly, yesterday we discovered the body of a man in Longbridges Nature Park.
“Our thoughts remain with his family at this incredibly difficult time.
“I would like to thank our colleagues at Oxfordshire Search and Rescue for their assistance with recovery, as well as the members of the public who found him.”
