A retired cleaner died after hitting his head in a fall.
Peter Cox, 86, was admitted to John Radcliffe Hospital after injuring himself at home on May 15.

Oxford Coroner’s Court heard that Mr Cox, who lived in Brambling Way, Blackbird Leys, died at the Oxford hospital four days later, on May 19.
The cause of death had been verified as traumatic subarachnoid haemorrhage and subdural haematoma, a bleed on the brain.
His inquest was opened by coroner Nicholas Graham on Wednesday afternoon.
The full inquest into his death will be held on July 21. The purpose of an inquest is to establish the identity of the person who died and how they came by their death.
