Police have charged a man on suspicion of possession of an offensive weapon after incidents in Didcot.
A Thames Valley Police spokesperson said: “We received a report of two males having an altercation outside Aldi on Broadway, Didcot, at around 7.40pm yesterday (6/5).
“One of the males was described as having a knife so multiple units attended for an area search but both males had left the scene.
“At 7.45pm, we received a report of a male at the entrance to Sainsbury’s at The Orchard Centre with a knife before leaving.

“At 7.55pm, we received a report of a male stealing a bike from a 12-year-old boy in Ladygrove Park and riding off.
“With support from NPAS, a 30-year-old man from Didcot was arrested on suspicion of possession of an offensive weapon in a public place and being drunk and disorderly. He remains in police custody.
