A MAN exposed himself to a woman outside a coffee shop in Oxfordshire this morning.

The incident happened at around 7am in Wantage when a man exposed his genitals to a woman aged in her twenties outside Costa Coffee in Market Square.

He had followed her for around 15 minutes before doing so.

The offender is described as a white man, around 6ft tall, with mousey brown hair and beard, wearing a blue jacket and purple trousers and carrying a grey backpack and a black and white plastic bag.

Investigating officer, PC Ryan Scott, based at Wantage police station, said: “We are looking for any witnesses or anyone with CCTV footage of this exposure incident to please come forward.

“It is reported that several people were in the area at the time so I hope others can help with our investigation.
