A TRACTOR was on fire in Didcot.
According to an eye witness the vehicle was on the Broadway roundabout near Aldi.
Firefighters rushed to the scene and it is not yet known whether anyone was hurt.
Resident Dave Myers, who lives on the Ladygrove side of Aldi, said he heard several 'massive explosions' and that the blaze started between 4.45pm and 4.50pm.
He said: "I couldn't believe it, it was the explosions that drew my attention, I thought Aldi was on fire."
In video footage taken by Mr Myers, firefighters used hoses to extinguish the fire. One fire engine first attended the scene and was later joined by more appliances that made their way through traffic.
Another witness Leah Brook said: "Was horrible. Started from a tiny bit of smoke in the wheel to minutes later - this. Glad no one was hurt."
There are still some traffic delays due to the incident.
