A NEW home delivery service has launched to help combat the shortage of delivery slots available from mainstream supermarkets.

Better, the social enterprise that operates 19 leisure centres across West & South Oxfordshire and Vale of the White Horse, has partnered with Brakes, one of the UK’s leading food service companies.

Usually Brakes would supply about 80 cafes situated within Better-operated leisure facilities across the UK, however, these are now closed.

The two organisations have agreed on a joint venture that can be accessed via the free Better phone app.

There is a minimum order value of £75, but delivery is free.
