TODAY Oxford University announced it was on the hunt for volunteers to take part in a trial of a potential new vaccine to stop the deadly spread.
The vaccine does not containe the virus, but a synthetic recreation of it made in a lab.
Volunteers MUST:
- Be 18-55
- Have good health
- Live in Thames Valley (Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire)
Volunteers MUST NOT:
- Have tested positive for Covid-19
- Be pregnant (or trying to get pregnant)
- Have previously taken part in a vaccine trial
Volunteers could get compensated £190 to £625 depending on how long they take part.
