CARS have returned to a makeshift car park underneath a bypass, despite being warned by the council and BMW bosses.

Yet more drivers were spotted parking in land under the Eastern Bypass Road next to a major roundabout in Cowley today.

On Monday Mini staff were warned to park safely and responsibly after the issue was highlighted.

An article in the Oxford Mail led to drivers temporarily staying away yesterday, with only a couple of vehicles spotted at the location, but more are back today. 

Residents and businesses in the area said workers at the nearby plant were among those responsible for the parking.
