THE BURNT out shell of a car remains in an Oxford park and ride after it burst into flames earlier today.
It appears one shopper may have an awful surprise when they return to their car at Seacourt Park and Ride later today after the fire, which happened about 11.45am.
Flames ripped through the Ford Fiesta whilst it was parked up and left the charred shell of the car almost completely gutted.
Firefighters tackled the flames shortly before midday and have now taped off the wreckage.
Jessica Lewis-Rippington caught the moment on camera shortly before emergency services arrived.

The 31-year-old from Cumnor said: "It was already in flames that were quite high by the time I arrived and there were a couple of people around looking a bit worried.
"They must’ve already called the fire service as they pulled in about 30 seconds after I arrived.
"I returned to the park and ride at about 1.15pm and the car is still there now taped off. The whole inside of it is black and burnt out, it looks like there is nothing left of the inside.
"The owner didn’t appear to be there and it looks like they still haven’t come back, so probably have no idea what has happened whilst they’re most likely shopping."
