A COUNCIL and campaigners will mark a milestone moment in their fight to reverse a county-wide healthcare overhaul.
Cherwell District Council and Keep The Horton General campaign group will begin battle against Oxfordshire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) today.
A two-day hearing is due to start at London’s Royal Courts of Justice, where the council will argue its belief that consultation into the CCG’s ‘transition plan’ was flawed.
The plan set out major changes including the downgrade of maternity services at Banbury’s Horton General Hospital.
