All lane have re-opened on the A40 Northern By-Pass Road after a car fire and fuel spillage earlier today.
The incident happened between the B4150 at Marston and A4142 at Headington Roundabout earlier this evening.
Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue Service were called to the scene sometime before 5pm.
Spokesman Paul Smith said: "We attended a car fire which we dealt with but it resulted in a diesel spillage across three lanes at the roundabout.
"We are no longer in attendance. Two appliances, one from Slade and one from Rewley Road, attended."
