A CAR fire partially blocked the M40/A34 junction near Bicester earlier.
Traffic reports said lanes two and three of the roundabout at Junction 9 were closed.
The vehicle was reportedly on the west side of the junction.
A police spokeswoman said emergency services were called at about 10am.
