Hook will appear at Oxford Magistrates' Court on May 31
A 43-year-old man has been charged by police in connection with two incidents in which a person exposed themselves.
Michael Hook, of Centaury Place in Greater Leys, was charged on Monday with two counts of exposure.
The two incidents took place on March 22, with one in Goring Road in Woodcote and one in High Street in Whitchurch.
Hook was arrested on March 22 and has been bailed to appear at Oxford Magistrates' Court on May 31.
