Health bosses have issued Oxfordshires ambulance service with a warning for not hitting targets.
Oxfordshire Clinical Commissioning Group (OCCG) has given South Central Ambulance Service (SCAS) a contract performance notice.
OCCG board papers revealed the notice is in relation to SCAS' stroke and Green 30 response times.
Another contract performance notice has been issued to SCAS for failing to meet NHS 111 call answering performance targets.
SCAS has put an action plan in place and is being monitored by the commissioning group.
