More than 100 works of art by Andy Warhol, a leading figure in the Pop Art movement, are to be displayed at the Ashmolean Museum.
Curators announced yesterday that the Beaumont Street attraction would display the artist’s work from February 4 to May 16.
The Ashmolean is working with the Hall Art Foundation in the United States to present the private collection of work by the artist.
The exhibition will span Warhol’s entire career, with works such as Farah Pahlavi, pictured.
