A car was "completely destroyed" by a fire in Duns Tew village yesterday evening.
Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue service spokesman Mark Ames said a fire engine and crew were called from Deddington at about 5.40pm.
Using breathing apparatus and hose reels, a crew tackled the blaze in Middle Barton Road, where a silver BMW was on fire.
Mr Ames added that the car was "completely destroyed by fire" but could not confirm how or when the fire had started.
