A jury has been chosen to hear the case of a man accused of murdering a man found fatally wounded in Barton.
Rafal Stawski is accused of killing 35-year-old Wojciech Ryniak after he was found injured in a red Mazda close to the junction of North Way and Burchester Avenue in April.
The 34-year-old, of Mayfair Road, Cowley, denies murdering Mr Ryniak, from Gloucestershire, who died in hospital.
A jury was sworn in at Oxford Crown Court yesterday and was discharged until Wednesday morning when the prosecution will open the case against Stawski.
