A man who breached his Asbo to buy petrol to get high has been given one last chance to behave.
Robbie Stephens, 23, of no fixed address, had his sentencing at Oxford Crown Court postponed until June 2 by Judge Zoe Smith.
She told him to spend the next three weeks at Clark’s House hostel in Oxford to see if he could improve his behaviour.
Stephens, who was handed an Asbo in December, breached it on February 3 when a police officer found him at Heyford Hill Sainsbury’s with a jerry can of petrol that police say he is known to sniff and drink.
